OptiFile Suite® is a powerful enterprise wide information management tool for automating document capture, processing, storage, and retrieval. It is organized as a core package with imaging and document management functionality, supplemented by eight optional modules to add (1) database interface, (2) OCR interface, (3) COLD (computer output to laser disk), (4) jukebox management, (5) Internet/intranet connection, (6) workflow event management, (7) audit trail and (8) SAP connectivity. Its architecture is independent of the type of information it manages, which allows the system to handle all types of objects such as scanned images, electronic files, COLD data, multimedia information, and more.

OptiFile® Suite is an extremely robust system that is easily scaleable from a small single-seat installation to an enterprise deployment involving multiple locations and thousands of users. All modules were developed as components of a comprehensive solution, and utilize the same technology.
